Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
The Factur Account Database ("the Directory") is operated by Factur MFG ("we", "us"). We publish a business directory of company profiles to help buyers discover manufacturers and B2B suppliers. For any privacy matter, contact privacy@facturmfg.com.
2. What data we publish
The Directory contains company-level business information: company name, website, business address, company phone, industry classification (including NAICS/SIC codes), size and revenue ranges, and business social-media pages. We aim to publish information about companies, not private individuals, and we do not publish personal email addresses or personal direct-dial numbers.
3. Where the data comes from
Profiles are compiled from licensed third-party business data providers and publicly available business information. Despite our efforts, business data can be incomplete or out of date; see Section 5 for how to correct or remove a listing.
4. Legal basis
Where the data relates to identifiable individuals (for example, a sole proprietorship trading under a personal name), we process it on the basis of legitimate interest in operating a business directory, balanced against the rights and freedoms of the people concerned. You may object to this processing at any time (Section 5).
5. Your rights — correction, objection, and removal
If a listing concerns you or your business, you may ask us to correct, update, or remove it. Every company page has a "Claim or update this listing" and a "Request removal" link, or you can email privacy@facturmfg.com with the listing URL. Depending on your jurisdiction you may also have rights of access, erasure, restriction, and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
6. Takedown service level
We acknowledge removal and correction requests within 7 days and resolve them within 30 days. Removed listings are also withdrawn from our sitemaps, and we request de-indexing from search engines where applicable.
7. Cookies and analytics
The Directory does not use advertising cookies. Basic technical logs (IP address, user agent, request URL) are retained for security and abuse prevention.
8. Data security and retention
Directory data is stored on infrastructure in access-controlled environments. Suppressed or removed records are retained on a suppression list only, so they are not re-published by future data imports.
