1. Acceptance
By accessing the Factur Account Database (the "Directory") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Directory.
2. Permitted use
The Directory is provided for individual business research and supplier discovery. You may view, search, and link to listings for your own business purposes.
3. Prohibited use
You may not: (a) scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or systematically extract Directory content, whether manually or by automated means; (b) republish, resell, or redistribute Directory data; (c) use the Directory to build or enrich a competing database or data product; (d) circumvent rate limits or access controls; or (e) use the Directory for unlawful marketing or in violation of applicable law.
4. Database rights and intellectual property
The Directory, including its selection, arrangement, and presentation of data, is protected by database and intellectual-property rights. Substantial extraction or re-utilisation of its contents is prohibited.
5. Accuracy disclaimer
Directory data is compiled from third-party and public sources and is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Verify important information directly with the company concerned. If a listing about your business is inaccurate, use the correction links on the listing or contact privacy@facturmfg.com.
6. Listing corrections and removal
Businesses may claim, correct, or request removal of their listing at any time — see our Privacy Policy for the process and service levels.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Factur MFG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Directory or its data.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
